This website provides general information about JRT Cleaning Services LLC and ways to request a cleaning estimate. Please use it lawfully and do not attempt to interfere with its operation or submit deceptive or harmful content.

JRT cleaning services

JRT serves Greater Houston, including Houston, Tomball, Spring, and Cypress. Available services include office and commercial cleaning, home and deep cleaning, apartment turnovers, short-term rental cleaning, routine nonclinical medical office cleaning, and scoped post-construction cleanup. Availability and specific tasks are confirmed for each property.

Quotes and bookings

A website inquiry, email draft, or phone message is not a confirmed appointment or accepted service agreement. Availability, pricing, the scope of work, access arrangements, and payment terms must be confirmed directly with JRT.

Service agreements

The written quote or service agreement for your job governs the specific services and commercial terms. If a general website description differs from your agreed written scope, the agreed scope controls for that job.

Payment, scheduling, and service expectations

Deposit requirements, payment dates, cancellations, additional tasks, property access, and any service remedies are established in your agreed quote or service agreement. Review our Service Policies for the planning process and routine exclusions. Requesting a proposal does not authorize automated marketing messages or enroll you in a promotional program.

Content and photography

Service descriptions may be updated as availability changes. Website photographs illustrate types of properties and spaces; they are not presented as photographs of completed JRT projects or client endorsements. Third-party images and other materials remain subject to their respective owners’ rights.
