How information is handled when you visit or contact JRT.
Information you choose to provide
If you contact JRT by phone or email, you may provide your name, contact details, property location, service preferences, and other information needed to discuss cleaning services. Provide only what is relevant to your request. Do not send payment card details, alarm codes, medical records, or sensitive identification through the quote form.
How the quote form works
The form prepares an email in your own email application. Typing into the form does not send your entries to JRT, and the current site code does not save those entries to a website database or browser storage. You must send the email yourself to complete an inquiry. Your email provider processes the draft and message under its own policies.
How inquiry information is used
Information sent to JRT is used to respond, prepare estimates, coordinate requested services, communicate about work, and maintain relevant business records. Your inquiry is not an agreement to purchase a service.
Website technology, cookies, and hosting
The current website code does not add advertising cookies, analytics trackers, or marketing pixels. Website hosting and security services may process technical information, such as IP addresses, browser information, request times, and security logs, to deliver and protect the site. Platform services may use their own cookies or similar technologies. These services operate under their own privacy practices.
Service providers and disclosures
Phone, email, hosting, and other providers involved in delivering or responding to your request may process information as part of those services. Information may also need to be disclosed to address legal obligations or protect people and services. This notice does not authorize advertising use of your inquiry.
Retention and security
The website itself does not maintain an inquiry database. Messages you send may remain in email or business records as needed for the inquiry, service administration, recordkeeping, and applicable obligations. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed secure.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
The current JRT website does not include advertising trackers, data-sale integrations, or tools for sharing visitor information for cross-context behavioral advertising. It does not collect quote entries into a website database. Information you send by email is used to handle your inquiry and related service needs, as described above.
To ask JRT to opt you out of any sale or advertising-related sharing of personal information, or to ask about your privacy choices, email JRTCSRVC@gmail.com with the subject “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information”, or call (346) 539-8140. Include your name, a way to reach you, and the request. Do not include sensitive identification documents.
This link opens an email draft; you must send it to deliver your request. It is not an automatic browser-level opt-out switch. JRT will review your request and any applicable requirements. You can also ask to stop nonessential promotional contact without affecting a service inquiry.
Your requests and choices
You can contact JRT to ask about information you have provided, request correction or deletion, or ask us to stop nonessential communications. We will review requests, verify identity where appropriate, and consider applicable recordkeeping requirements.
Children and external services
This website is intended for adults seeking cleaning services and is not directed to children. External services, including your email application, have their own privacy policies.
